Flex Nursing Assistant Course

Our Flex Nursing Assistant course offers the freedom to start your training online at your own pace before completing hands-on lab work in person.

Course Highlights:

• Self-Paced Online Learning: Access pre-recorded lectures and assignments anytime.

• Hands-On Skills Training: Complete 32 hours of in-person lab work.

• Exam Preparation: Includes a 3-hour Nurse Aide exam prep module.

Course Delivery & Schedule:

• Format: Online coursework + in-person lab training.

• Duration: 75 hours (43 hours online + 32 hours hands-on training).

• Timeline: Students have 90 days to complete the in-person portion after starting online.

Requirements:

• Must have a stable internet connection and a working laptop/computer.

• Meet all the Traditional Nurse Aide course requirements (age, background check, immunizations, and English proficiency).

TRADITIONAL NURSING ASSISTANT COHORT CLASS

Traditional Nursing Assistant Course

Start your healthcare journey with our Traditional Nursing Assistant course! This 75-hour program provides the essential skills to deliver quality patient care in long-term care settings.

• Eligibility for Certification: Prepares you for the Minnesota Nurse Aide competency exam.

• Format: In-person lectures and supervised lab sessions.

• Duration: 75 hours (59 hours of lecture/lab + 16 hours of clinical skills training).

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years old.

• Pass a criminal background check (required for clinical training).

• Provide negative TB test and immunization records.

• Complete and pass an English proficiency exam (unless waived by the program director).
